Deborah was quick with her responses and really helpful. The location is a great base for walking through the Trossachs. Close to the car park for Ben Lomond while also being near to supermarkets etc fire is as delightful as you’d expect, kitchen amenities are great and shower is really good. The bed was comfy and we were supplied with two towels each. I loved the little touches, such as setting the fire for us on our first night so it was ready to go when we arrived. Very thoughtful! We will be back no doubt!
